Dubai: Cebu Pacific (CEB), a Philippine budget airline, will double its daily direct flights between Dubai-Manila starting October 30, according to a spokesperson at an airport press conference in Dubai.
Flash sale: Dh299 base airfare (exclusive of taxes and surcharges) between Dubai and Manila marked the budget airline’s nine-year anniversary of long-haul services in the Middle East. This offer is valid until October 9, and the travel period is November 1 through March 31 next year.

Bayanihan flights
CEB used to operate 10 flights weekly between Manila and Dubai every week prior to the pandemic. It was instrumental in repatriating more than 8,750 Filipinos to the UAE during the Bayanihan flights, which were initiated by the Philippine government.
CEB recorded a 25% increase in cargo hauls in the first half of 2022, compared to the same period last year.
CEB operates 19 international and 34 domestic destinations in Asia, Australia, and the Middle East. It has Airbus A330neo aircraft for its Dubai-Manila flights.
