Mai Dubai will present the Dubai Run on the Sheikh Zayed Road, 20 November. This race welcomes runners of all ages, fitness levels, and ages to take on the challenge to run the distance.
This fourth edition of the event will see thousands of runners take to the city’s huge running track. There are two routes available: the 5km route is suitable for families and all levels of runners, while the 10km route is for more experienced runners. Both routes begin near the Museum of the Future, Sheikh Zayed Road.
It’s the largest and most popular free run in the world, and it is a key highlight of the Dubai Fitness Challenge (DFC).
Route 5 km
It passes Dubai Mall, Dubai Opera, and Burj Khalifa. The route is 5km long and very flat, making it perfect for families with children and social runners.
Route 10 km
The route runs 10km along Sheikh Zayed Road from Dubai Canal to Al Mustaqbal Street, near DIFC. It’s a longer route and is better suited for more experienced runners.
