The Sindh Senior Citizen Card is a special initiative by the Sindh Government to support citizens who are 60 years or older.
This card is designed to provide respect, convenience, and multiple benefits to our senior citizens.

Eligibility for applying of Sindh Senior Citizen Card:

Permanent resident of Sindh Province aged 60 or above are eligible to apply for Sindh Senior Citizen Card.

Supporting documents required:

  1. Completed/filled Application Form as per (Schedule-B).2)
  2. Attested copy of valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).3)
  3. Three (03) recent passport size photograph with blue background.4)
  4. Copy of PRC issued by concerned Deputy Commissioner.

Validity period and charges:

The validity period for Card shall be five years.

Procedure for submission of application:

The Senior Citizen may submit a completed/filled application form along with required documents through online portal/mail/in-person to the concerned Taluka/District Social Welfare Office, where resides, under the due acknowledgement.

Processing Time:

  • The Senior Citizen Card shall be issued to the applicant senior citizen in due course of time if the submitted data is found correct.
  • The Assistant Director/Deputy Director of concerned District shall conduct verification and send recommendations to the designated officer of the Council.
  • The Council or its committee/authorized person shall accord approval for issuance of Card.
