Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) on Tuesday announced changes to business hours for all of its services throughout Ramadan 2023 dubai.
The RTA services that are affected by Ramadan timing comprise customer happiness centers and parking zones that are paid for and public buses. Dubai Metro and Tram, marine transportation modes, as well as centers of service, such as test centers for vehicles.
Customer Happiness Centres & Service Centers
During Ramadan, the hours of service at Customer Happiness Centers will be Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and Friday 9am to 12pm.
Smart Customer Happiness Centres in Umm Ramool, Al Manara, Deira, Al Barsha, and RTA Head Office will operate in the normal way, 24 hours a day.
Dubai Metro and Tram Timing During Ramadan 2023
Metro Red and Green Stations on the Red Line will be operating Monday through Thursday from 5 am until 12 midnight. From 5 am on Friday until 1 am on Saturday, between 5 am and 12 midnight, and Sunday from 8 am until 12 midnight. The working hours of the Service Provider Centers (Vehicle Technical Inspection) will be as per the following schedule: Tasjeel Jebel Ali Monday to Thursday and Saturday 07:00 am until 04:00 pm and on Friday from between 7:00 am and 12:00 noon.
