In the fast-paced technology industry, there are a number of new phones every year that hit the market. The next five years will be no different. It might even be more exciting than most because of all the rumors and leaks for future developments in mobile computing technology. Some people make guesses based on these rumors and leaks, while others wait to see what kind of features the manufacturers have chosen to include in their newest devices before making a judgment about them. However, some information is already available for some upcoming mobile phones of 2022.
1. Galaxy S21 FE
Samsung is known as a leader in the smartphone industry. In 2018, they planned to give some of their best devices a refresh. It includes the Galaxy S10, with new features and an improved camera. However, there are already rumours suggesting that next year’s flagship model will be called the Galaxy S21 FE and not the Galaxy S11 as initially expected. It will also have a curved screen similar to the one found on the Galaxy Note 9 but with smaller bezels all around. You can buy unlocked Samsung phones around the world.
In addition to this, it might be equipped with a powerful Snapdragon 855 processor from Qualcomm and may even have a foldable body just like Samsung has been hinting at for some time now. However, its most exciting feature is a triple main camera system with a 48MP lens, a 16MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and an 8MP telephoto lens. Moreover, you can also add a 128GB micro sd to make the phone more efficient in working. There might also be two selfie cameras on the inside and one on the outside for improved security and convenience when making video calls.
2. Moto Razr HD
It’s been almost ten years since Motorola released their Razr line of mobile phones. In 2022, they’re planning to bring back that classic design with a new model called Moto Razr HD. It will have a large screen measuring about 6 inches diagonally and made of durable metal. The specs might include a Snapdragon 675 processor, 6GB of RAM, up to 128GB of onboard storage, an 8MP selfie camera, dual rear cameras, which are expected to have at least one 48MP lens with optical image stabilization included.
This phone is rumored to be priced somewhere between $500 and $600, but that shouldn’t stop customers from buying it. It’s considered by many people to be the smartphone of the future because of its strength and durability, which was evident even in previous models sold years ago.
3. LG G3H Plus
One major trend in mobile phones is including more than 10GB of RAM for improved performance on modern applications. There won’t be many changes in this area for the 2018 models, but in 2019, many manufacturers are already considering this idea. For example, LG will release a new model called LG G3H Plus, which will have at least 12GB of RAM. It will also be equipped with an advanced Snapdragon 855 chipset and may even feature two pop-up selfie cameras.
4. Nokia 9 Pure View
So far, Nokia has had some great success with their Android One series of phones like the Nokia 8 Sirocco. However, they’re planning to make another name for themselves by releasing the Nokia 9 Pure View next year. It’s expected to be one of the first smartphones ever developed with five rear cameras designed especially for photography rather than dual or triple lenses.
Nokia 9 Pure View, just like its predecessor, will run on the Android One operating system, and it’s expected to cost less than $750. However, it should be equipped with at least 6GB of RAM and a Snapdragon 855 chipset.
5. Google Pixel 3 Lite
The Google Pixel 2 and Pixel 2 XL had some amazing features for their time. Still, they weren’t as impressive as the competition due to certain setbacks, which were eventually resolved in this year’s models, such as the fact that there were no dual-lens camera systems included. In 2019, Google was planning to release a new model called Google Pixel 3 Lite, cheaper than any previous product line version. It will also have two rear cameras, a metal body, and excellent performance, thanks to 4GB of RAM and a Snapdragon 710 chipset.
