Dubai, UAE – January 11, 2024: The dazzling lights of Dubai shone a little brighter on January 9th as the Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower launched in a star-studded ceremony at The Ritz-Carlton DIFC. This isn’t just any new addition to the city’s already impressive skyline; it’s a collaboration between Franck Muller and London Gate that’s poised to become a city icon.
One Broker Group, the exclusive sales partner for this landmark project, played a key role in ensuring the launch’s success. The award-winning agency attracted a diverse audience, including agents, potential buyers, investors, and industry enthusiasts, all eager to get a glimpse of what Aeternitas has to offer. And there’s no denying it didn’t let them down.
“The response has been absolutely electric,” declared Umar Bin Farooq, CEO and Founder of One Broker Group. “We knew Aeternitas was special, but the sheer enthusiasm from this diverse crowd reaffirms our belief that this project is truly unlike anything Dubai has ever witnessed.”
Within two hours of the launch, Franck Muller Aeternitas’ one-bedroom apartments were completely booked. Now, seize the opportunity to own a two-bedroom masterpiece for just AED 2 million. Revel in luxury living with world-class amenities like a Zen garden, private cinema, cigar lounge, library, spa, yoga room, and round-the-clock concierge services. As a bonus, each apartment purchase comes with a limited edition Franck Muller watch. Notably, these won’t be Franck Muller Aeternitas timepieces, which each cost $2.5 million.
The event was an immersive journey into the Aeternitas experience. Guests were treated to interactive displays showcasing the tower’s breathtaking design, meticulously crafted apartments, and exceptional facilities that promise to redefine luxury living. But the real show-stopper was the tower’s model – a monumental clock face architecture that will soon grace the Dubai Marina, a timeless tribute to Franck Muller’s legacy.
The venue thrummed with a captivating energy. Conversations buzzed with excitement, business cards exchanged like precious commodities, and the air vibrated with the whispered “I want in.” By the end of the event, a remarkable feat was achieved – a significant portion of the Aeternitas residences had been sold, a testament to the project’s unparalleled appeal.
Sharing her thoughts on the occasion, London Gate CEO, Eman Taha said, “Through our strategic partnership with Franck Muller, we promise to revolutionize luxury living and redefine the skyline to introduce a legacy for years to come. This iconic tower will offer unparalleled views of the Dubai Marina, with each detail reflecting our shared values of precision, innovation, and heritage for our discerning clientele.”
Erol Baliyan, Managing Director of Franck Muller, echoed the sentiment, saying, “This iconic clocktower symbolizes the dedication to exceptional craftsmanship and innovation our brand has always been known for. This iconic tower is yet another pursuit for timeless elegance.”
With its record-breaking launch and a promise of grandeur still to come, the Franck Muller Aeternitas Tower has already etched its name onto the pages of Dubai’s history. As its hands tick towards completion, one thing is certain – this masterpiece will not only redefine the city’s skyline but also set a new global standard for luxury living.
